Important Notes

The Approve History menu is divided into 2 levels:

1. Department level

2. Faculty level

Information Displayed

On the Approve History page, the system displays information for each course as follows:

• Subject Code

• Subject Name

• Credit

• Section

• Study Level

• Status (Approved or Rejected)

• Time of Approval

• Note (if any)

• DETAIL Button

ℹ️ The records are sorted from most recent → oldest.

Search in Approve History

You can search for specific information by using:

• Subject Code, or

• Subject Name

The system will display search results based on the specified conditions.

• All

• Approved

• Rejected

You can click the “Details” button to view detailed information and the approval history of the selected subject.

ℹ️ The system will display results that match the specified criteria.
