# วิชาทั่วไป

### ภาพรวม

เมนู **แก้ไขระดับคะแนน (Change Grade Submission)** สำหรับดำเนินการแก้ไขระดับคะแนนของนักศึกษา *<mark style="color:$primary;">**ใช้ในกรณีที่พบข้อผิดพลาดหรือมีความจำเป็นต้องเปลี่ยนแปลงระดับคะแนนเดิม**</mark>* หลังจากมีการส่งระดับคะแนนและถ่ายโอนข้อมูลไปยังระบบทะเบียนเรียบร้อยแล้ว

### ผู้มีสิทธิ์ดำเนินการ

* อาจารย์ผู้สอนลำดับที่ 1
* ตัวแทนอาจารย์ผู้สอนที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

### ขั้นตอนการอนุมัติ

คำขอแก้ไขระดับคะแนนจะต้องผ่านการอนุมัติทั้งหมด 3 ระดับ ดังนี้

1. ผู้อนุมัติระดับคณะ
2. งานทะเบียน (รับและเสนอพิจารณา)
3. ผู้อนุมัติระดับวิทยาเขต

### เงื่อนไขสำคัญ

#### ต้องแนบเอกสารหลักฐาน

ผู้ใช้งานต้องแนบเอกสารประกอบการพิจารณาทุกครั้ง เช่น

* คำร้องขอแก้ไขระดับคะแนน
* หลักฐานคะแนน
* เอกสารชี้แจง, บันทึกข้อความ
* เอกสารประกอบอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

#### ไม่สามารถเลือกระดับคะแนนเดิมได้

ระบบไม่อนุญาตให้เลือกระดับคะแนนใหม่ซ้ำกับระดับคะแนนเดิมของนักศึกษา

## ขั้นตอนการแก้ไขระดับคะแนน

1. คลิกเลือกเมนู **แก้ไขระดับคะแนน (Change Grade Submission)**&#x20;
2. คลิก **"สร้างใบแก้ไขระดับคะแนน"**

#### หน้าจอแสดง

* จำนวนรายการที่ยังไม่ได้ดำเนินการ / กำลังดำเนินการ
* จำนวนรายการรอพิจารณา
* จำนวนรายการไม่ผ่านการพิจารณา
* จำนวนรายการเสร็จสมบูรณ์

3. เลือกรายวิชา ผู้ใช้งาน สามารถค้นหารายวิชาด้วย **รหัสวิชาหรือชื่อวิชา**
4. เลือกรายวิชาที่ต้องการแก้ไขระดับคะแนน
5. คลิกเลือก **ถัดไป**

ระบบจะแสดงเฉพาะรายวิชาที่ส่งระดับคะแนนและถ่ายโอนข้อมูลเรียบร้อยแล้วเท่านั้น

6. &#x20;เลือกนักศึกษาที่ต้องการแก้ไขระดับคะแนน (เลือกได้มากกว่าหนึ่งคน) ทั้งนี้ผู้ใช้สามารถค้นหาด้วยรหัสนักศึกษาหรือชื่อ-สกุล
7. คลิกปุ่ม **ยืนยัน**

ระบบจะแสดงเฉพาะระดับคะแนนปัจจุบันของนักศึกษาแต่ละราย และจะไม่แสดงนักศึกษาที่มีระดับคะแนนเป็น **I** หรือ **W**

8. เข้าสู่หน้าแก้ไขระดับคะแนน ระบบ**บังคับแนบเอกสาร**ก่อนส่งคำขอ

9. ระบุระดับคะแนนใหม่ ให้กับนักศึกษาแต่ละคน

10. &#x20;ยืนยันการส่งคำขอ เมื่อดำเนินการครบถ้วนแล้ว แนะนำให้ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องอีกครั้ง หากยืนยันการส่งระดับคะแนน ให้คลิกปุ่ม ยืนยันส่งระดับคะแนน

ปุ่ม ยืนยันส่งระดับคะแนนจะแสดงก็ต่อเมื่อผู้ใช้ดำเนินการครบทุกขั้นตอนตามที่ระบบกำหนด (แนบเอกสาร + ระบุระดับคะแนน)

### ข้อควรระวัง

1. ตรวจสอบระดับคะแนนใหม่ให้ถูกต้องก่อนส่งคำขอ
2. ต้องแนบเอกสารหลักฐานทุกครั้ง
3. ไม่สามารถเลือกระดับคะแนนใหม่ให้ซ้ำกับระดับคะแนนเดิมได้
4. ระดับคะแนนจะถูกเปลี่ยนแปลงในระบบเมื่อผ่านการอนุมัติครบทั้ง 3 ระดับเท่านั้น
