# ตั้งค่าตัวแทนอาจารย์

### ข้อควรรู้

* การแต่งตั้ง **ตัวแทนการส่งระดับคะแนน** จะแยกตาม **ภาคการศึกษา/ปีการศึกษา**
* หากต้องการแต่งตั้งตัวแทน ต้องทำการตั้งค่าใหม่ทุก **ภาคการศึกษา/ปีการศึกษา**

### วิธีการแต่งตั้งตัวแทนอาจารย์

การแต่งตั้งตัวแทนอาจารย์ สามารถทำได้ 2 ระดับ คือ

1. ระดับภาควิชา
2. ระดับรายวิชา

### วิธีที่ 1: แต่งตั้งในระดับภาควิชา

#### ขั้นตอนการดำเนินการ

1. คลิกเมนู **ตัวแทนอาจารย์**
2. คลิกปุ่ม **+ เพิ่มตัวแทน**

3. ค้นหาอาจารย์หรือบุคลากรที่ต้องการแต่งตั้ง

4. เลือก **คณะ**&#x20;
5. เลือก **ภาควิชา** ของรายวิชาที่ต้องการแต่งตั้งตัวแทน
6. ระบบจะแสดงจำนวนรายการที่สามารถเพิ่มได้
   * ตรวจสอบข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วน
   * คลิกปุ่ม **+ เพิ่มข้อมูลจากภาควิชา** เพื่อยืนยันการเพิ่มตัวแทน

### วิธีที่ 2: แต่งตั้งในระดับรายวิชา

#### ขั้นตอนการดำเนินการ

1. คลิกเมนู **ตัวแทนอาจารย์**
2. คลิกปุ่ม **+ เพิ่มตัวแทน**

3. ค้นหาอาจารย์หรือบุคลากรที่ต้องการแต่งตั้ง

4. เลือก **เพิ่มจากรายวิชา**
5. ค้นหา **รหัสวิชา/ชื่อวิชา** ที่ต้องการ
   * คลิกปุ่ม **ค้นหา** หรือกด **Enter**

6. เลือกรายวิชาที่ต้องการ
7. ระบบจะแสดงผลรายวิชาที่เลือกไว้
8. คลิกปุ่ม **+ เพิ่มข้อมูลจากรายวิชา** เพื่อยืนยันการเพิ่มตัวแทน

### วิธีการลบข้อมูลการแต่งตั้งตัวแทนอาจารย์

#### ขั้นตอนการดำเนินการ

1. คลิกปุ่ม **"ลบ"** หลังรายการที่ต้องการดำเนินการ

2. ระบบแสดง Dialog ยืนยันการลบข้อมูล&#x20;

* คลิกปุ่ม **"ลบ"** หากยืนยันการลบข้อมูล
* คลิกปุ่ม **"ยกเลิก"** หากต้องการยกเลิกการดำเนินการดังกล่าว
