Guidelines for Grade Submission Approval (General Courses)

Important Notes

The approval process for grade submission (general courses) has 2 levels:

  1. Department approver

  2. Faculty approver


System Workflow

  1. Lecturer / Agent submits grades → the course status changes to Waiting for approval

  2. Department approver reviews the submission

  3. If approved, the submission is forwarded to the faculty approver

  4. When both approvals are completed, the course status will change to Completed.


How to Approve (Single Item)

This method can be used at both department and faculty levels.

  1. Select the menu Approve Grade Submission

  1. Click the Review button next to the course you wish to approve

  1. In the review dialog:

  • Select Approve or Reject

  1. If you select PASS → click the Confirm button.


How to Approve (Multiple Items)

This method is used when you need to approve multiple courses at once.

  1. Select multiple courses you wish to approve

  2. The Approve All button will appear → click Approve All

  1. Click Confirm
