Tracking the submission of ratings for approvers

The Grade Submission Tracking for Approvers menu is used by grade approvers to check and track the status of course grade submissions.

Approvers can view information only within their authorized scope.

Grade Submission Status

The system shows 4 main statuses:

1. Not Started / In Progress / Rejected

2. Waiting for department approval

3. Waiting for faculty approval

4. Completed

You can filter subject data by:

• Faculty

• Study Level

• Subject Code / Subject Name

Filters help users find specific courses more easily.

• The grade submission deadline is shown based on system settings

• If no data is displayed, the subjet may be outside the user’s scope or does not match the selected filters

• Please check the filter conditions if no data is found
