How to cancel grade submitted
Primary or agent can cancel the submission of grades for subjects and sections only for subjects that are in the “Waiting For Approval” status (meaning they have not yet been approved by the departmental approver).
Note: If the subject has been approved by the department level approver, the grade submission cannot be canceled.
Steps for cancelling grade submission
Go to the course page and click on the Waiting For Approval status.

Click on the three dots symbol behind the item you want to cancel the rating submission.
From the menu that appears, select “Cancel Submission”.

Click “CONFIRM CANCEL SUBMISSION”

The system will display a dialog to cancel the successful grade submission. Click "Close" to continue.

Cancelled grade submissions will be moved back to the "Not Started / Saved Draft" status.
