Note: If the subject has been approved by the department level approver, the grade submission cannot be canceled.
Action steps
1. Click the "ACCEPT" button.
You can click on the home page to view the results of your failed grade submissions.
Or click the DETAIL button to go to the subject details page, then click the Acknowledge button within that page.
💡Note: The "ACCEPT" button will only appear for subjects that have not been approved.
2. Check the information in the message box.
Comments from the Approver
Approver's Name and Surname
Review Date and Time
After reviewing the information, click the ACCEPT button.
3. Confirm acknowledgement
The system will display a message stating "Results have been acknowledged."
Click the Close button to close the window.
The course will be moved back to the Not Started / Saved Draft status, and the grade level can be edited.
