Note: If the subject has been approved by the department level approver, the grade submission cannot be canceled.

Action steps

1. Click the "ACCEPT" button.

• You can click on the home page to view the results of your failed grade submissions.

• Or click the DETAIL button to go to the subject details page, then click the Acknowledge button within that page.

💡Note: The "ACCEPT" button will only appear for subjects that have not been approved.

2. Check the information in the message box.

• Comments from the Approver

• Approver's Name and Surname

• Review Date and Time

After reviewing the information, click the ACCEPT button.

3. Confirm acknowledgement

• The system will display a message stating "Results have been acknowledged."

• Click the Close button to close the window.

• The course will be moved back to the Not Started / Saved Draft status, and the grade level can be edited.
